Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. We are looking for someone charismatic, with a compelling sales personality and a hunger to find new opportunities.


  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients

  • Developing business growth strategies and plans and ensuring they are met

  • Following industry trends locally and internationally

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition


  • At least 3 years of Biz Dev experience or in related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics/finance or related field

  • High level communication skills

  • Tech savvy and comfortable with tech language

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proven ability to negotiate

  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
